Be Active!
The CDC recommends that children and adolescents should do 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day. Those of you that are 18 fall into the adult category. For adults CDC recommendations are a little more complicated, but it works out to approximately 150 minutes a week, and at least two different types of activity. For more information click HERE.
